Continued Professional Development (CPD)

“Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better.” Dylan William

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a fundamental part of life in schools, contributing to professional and personal development across all staff teams. It is essential for successful schools to be able to access high quality CPD, enabling professional knowledge and skills to be developed and enhanced.

At NELTSH, we offer a ‘golden thread’ of professional training and development as set out by the Department of Education (DfE). CPD forms part of this ‘golden thread’ and will be offered to all schools within the NELTSH catchment. We aim to provide CPD which will reflect local need to ensure the very best outcomes for our schools in Haringey, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.
